CHAS (The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) is an accreditation we’ve been awarded highlighting that our health & safety processes meets an excellent standard.

Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification

Our Specialist Technicians are accredited by IICRC which equips them with the skills to complete a safe clean up in circumstances where a death is involved, a flood or fire has occurred, and biohazard materials are present.

National Association of Crime Scene Cleaners

The industry has undergone a tightening of health and safety regulations. Your Option have partnered with NACSC to ensure that health and safety standards are fully adhered to.

ISO 9001 is the world’s most recognised Quality Management system standard, established by the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO). Your Option achieved the ISO 9001 with the British Assessment Bureau.

Environmental Management ISO 14001

ISO 14001 Environmental Management supports organisations in identifying, managing, monitoring and controlling environmental processes. Your Option achieved the ISO 14001 with the British Assessment Bureau.

Safe Contractor Approved

We have been accredited as a safe and responsible company. This involves ensuring that all paperwork is complaint with current legislation and that processes are in place to ensure health and safety is compliant and controlled.

Gas Safe Registered 

Our Repair Operatives are Gas Safe Registered and therefore competent to undertake both piped natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) work in Great Britain.

Waste License 

You’ll see our waste vans out and about on the road, transporting an array of materials, waste and bulk. We are registered as an Upper Tier waste carrier and appear on the agency public register. Our licence number is CBDU434512.

Your Option is a qualified and accredited contractor in amenity pesticide application, through the BASIS Amenity Assured Scheme. The Amenity Assured scheme provides an annual assessment for amenity contractors offering professional pesticide services.
