We undertake risk assessments to avoid unforeseen issues that may arise during our cleaning services.

Our method statements ensure best practice for potentially hazardous activities performed at our premises.

We ensure suitable personal protective equipment (PPE) is available for all employees.

A consultant visits our sites to provide advice and assist us with best practice.

We encourage employee involvement to raise awareness of accident prevention.

We have a positive attitude to accident prevention by encouraging active employee involvement.

Instruction and training will be given to the entire workforce who may use COSHH substances.

We use the principles of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM).

We consult with employees on all matters that affect their health formal meetings or on notice boards.

We take measures to protect the environment, including recycling and the safe removal of waste.

All information on health and safety matters can be obtained from our consultant via the Managing Director.

We aim to avoid working at height where possible. Employees who are required to work at height will be given personal protective equipment to work safely.

Our managers conduct safety tours of their workplace areas on a monthly basis and action the findings of the self-audits as part of an action plan.

Where practical, manual handling will be avoided and the mechanisation of manual handling tasks will be instigated.

Only individuals who have undergone training may use our plant, equipment and tools. We maintain records of all training activities.

All associates, contractors and sub-contractors conduct business safely, adopting safe working methods to protect all parties involved

We provide adequate training, instruction and information to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all employees.

We organise and monitor fire drills at least once every 12 months and have clear premises evacuation procedures.

We co-operate with all parties involved to enable each other to comply with legal and moral obligations.

First Aid risk assessments are regularly conducted to ensure trained First Aiders are available at all times.
