Substances
Instruction and training will be given to the entire workforce who may use COSHH substances.
CDM
Regulations
We use the principles of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM).

Employees
We consult with employees on all matters that affect their health formal meetings or on notice boards.
Environmental
Arrangements
We take measures to protect the environment, including recycling and the safe removal of waste.
Advice &
Information
All information on health and safety matters can be obtained from our consultant via the Managing Director.
Working at
Height
We aim to avoid working at height where possible. Employees who are required to work at height will be given personal protective equipment to work safely.
Self-Audit Of The Workplace
Our managers conduct safety tours of their workplace areas on a monthly basis and action the findings of the self-audits as part of an action plan.
Manual
Handling
Where practical, manual handling will be avoided and the mechanisation of manual handling tasks will be instigated.
Plant, Equipment
& Tools
Only individuals who have undergone training may use our plant, equipment and tools. We maintain records of all training activities.
Contractors &
Sub-Contractors
All associates, contractors and sub-contractors conduct business safely, adopting safe working methods to protect all parties involved
Welfare
Facilities
We provide adequate training, instruction and information to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
Fire Safety
Procedures
We organise and monitor fire drills at least once every 12 months and have clear premises evacuation procedures.

Your Option
We co-operate with all parties involved to enable each other to comply with legal and moral obligations.
First Aid
Arrangements
First Aid risk assessments are regularly conducted to ensure trained First Aiders are available at all times.
