Hi, I’m the Founder and CEO of Your Option. At the heart of everything I do are values rooted in kindness, respect for the environment, and a deep appreciation for diversity. I’m passionate about animal welfare, committed to advancing women’s rights, and proud to stand in solidarity with the LGBTQ community.

The first chapter in the Your Option story began when I made the decision to carve out a planet-conscious cleaning company in 2018, Clean Option. Operating as a one-woman band, I managed several Local Authority cleaning contracts. Travelling to each job with cleaning equipment in one hand and my products in the other, Clean Option launched as a boutique company, with a strong social and environmental purpose. A fulfilled customer is the best business strategy of all, and this was my mantra.

Since those humble beginnings, Clean Option has been through rapid yet sustainable growth. Additional sectors such as Responsive Repairs to Reactive Restorations, and Grounds Maintenance to Waste Services were incorporated to cover a wider scope of services, and Your Option was formed.

Today, I am the proud owner of a nationally operating Property & Facility Services company, trusted by an extensive portfolio of prestigious clients, including local authorities, councils, and blue light organisations. With offices in Camden, Cheshire, and The New Forest, we deliver excellence across the UK, combining local presence with nationwide reach.

You may ask: why are we different? Firstly, we get to know our clients, understanding that each one is incredibly valuable. We didn’t achieve our successes without the support of our customers, and it’s imperative to remember that. Led by our values, Your Option takes the time to communicate, collaborate, hold accountability and deliver incomparable services.

As part of our continued growth, we have expanded our expertise beyond operational delivery into the intersection of business performance and psychological insight. Delivering services in sensitive and high-impact environments has given us a unique perspective on the role of human behaviour, resilience, and wellbeing in achieving sustainable outcomes. This led to the creation of The CEO Mind & Doctor Method; a platform designed to support individuals and organisations through structured, evidence-based approaches to wellbeing and performance.
